TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

These Terms and Conditions of use of the online store www.dudugo.md apply to orders for the purchase of products/services offered by DuduGo SRL through the website.

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

  • This website is owned by DuduGo SRL. By placing an order in the online store, the Buyer accepts 
  • the Terms and Conditions of sale of goods/products and/or provision of services, which are based on the legislation of the Republic of Moldova.
  • Use of the website implies acceptance of the Terms and Conditions proposed by Example SRL, 
  • in accordance with Law no. 284/2004 on Electronic Commerce and Law no. 105/2003 on Consumer Protection.

2. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

  • By using the DuduGo website, you agree to the collection and processing of the personal data required to process orders.
  • Personal data is used only for legitimate purposes (product delivery, promotions, newsletter, analytics, etc.).
  • Data is processed in accordance with Law no. 133/2011 on the protection of personal data.

3. PLACING AND PAYING FOR AN ORDER

  • Orders can be paid by bank card.
  • Online payments are processed securely using the 3D-Secure standard.
  • Refunds are made only to the card used for the purchase.

4. PRODUCT DELIVERY

  • After the order is placed, the buyer receives information about the estimated delivery date.
  • Delivery in Chișinău municipality and throughout the Republic of Moldova is carried out under the established conditions.
  • No deliveries are made on Sundays or national holidays.

5. RIGHT OF RETURN / CANCELLATION

Cancellation of the booking by the customer

The customer may cancel the booking under the following conditions:

Free cancellation

    • If the booking is cancelled at least 48 hours before the vehicle pickup time.

    • In this case, the amount paid is refunded in full.

Cancellation with a penalty

    • If the booking is cancelled less than 48 hours before pickup,
      the cost of one rental day is retained.

No-show

If the customer does not show up at the agreed date and time:

    • The booking is cancelled automatically.

    • The amount paid is non-refundable.

  1. “Return” means returning the rented vehicle to Dudu Go SRL at the end of the contract period or before it ends.
  2. The return is made in accordance with the Rental Agreement signed by the parties and with the legislation of the Republic of Moldova.

If the customer decides to return the vehicle before the end of the contract period:

    • The amount paid is NOT refundable for unused days

    • Exceptions may be approved only with the written consent of Dudu Go SRL

6. PRIVACY POLICY

  • The provider processes personal data in good faith and in accordance with the law.
  • Data collected: last name, first name, phone, address, email.
  • Data will not be disclosed to third parties without the consent of the data subject, except as provided by law.
